Disaster Preparedness

Complete all of the requirements below:

1. With members of your Troop or Patrol, participate in emergency preparedness training conducted by the Department of Emergency Management (D.E.M.).
2. Create an emergency plan for your home and for your Troop meeting place.
3. Prepare, with the assistance of your Troop, an Emergency Preparedness Kit.
4. Earn the Emergency Aid Badge Stage 3 or higher.
5. Participate in land and/or water rescue training.
6. Participate in Fire Safety training.
